A remove.txt file is installed into your main \wintap directory. This file contains a list of all files included on the distribution kit and the locations to which they are installed. Approximately half of the files are installed to the \wintap directory and its subdirectories, and the remainder are installed at present to your windows and windows\system directories. Files are generally only installed if the file does not exist on the system already or its version number is earlier than that to be installed.
In this release of WinTap there is no separate de-install procedure. Whilst it should be quite safe to remove those files in the \wintap directory and subdirectories (saving your own data, if so required, first), it is not safe to assume that all other installed files can be removed, since other applications and elements of the operating system may rely on them.
